You must complete our registration process and provide required documentation for identity verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier-1 banks. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to our current procedures and may incur fees. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large transactions.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must close all open positions and withdraw your funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
